Let the middle number be x.
Then the other numbers are x - 1 and x + 1.
x - 1 + x + x + 1 = - 369
3x = - 369
x = - 123
x - 1 = - 124
x + 1 = - 122
Answer: The numbers are - 124, - 123, - 122
