    If you are meaning to say "there are 132 projects in the science fair. if 8 projects can fit in a row, how many full rows of projects can be made?" you would divide.

    132/8 = 16.5

    (since it came up with 16.5 you would leave the. 5 off and just put 16 as your answer.)
