    Your Y-Intercept is 3, and your Slope is - 1 or - 1/1. In the Slope Intercept formula (y=mx+b) m is the slope and b is the y intercept. When there is only an x or a - x, then it is an assumed 1 in front of the x.

    Y intercept when x = 0

    y=-x+3

    y = - 0 + 3

    y = 3

    the slope is - 1
