Explain how to find a fraction equivalent to a whole number.

    Depends on the number that you want. Any number over it self would equal to 1. If you want 3 for example then you would need the bigger number on top, as long as it's a multiple of 3, over whatever number you would times 3 by. So 21/7=3 and 36/12=3. It's just like devision
