    20 % of 88 = 88 x 20/100 = 17.60

    Quiz Average = 84

    25 % of 88 = 84 x 25/100 = 21

    Test Average = 92

    40 % of 92 = 92 x 40/100 = 36.8

    Add all = 17.60 + 21 + 36.8 = 75.40

    Let the marks be x in final exam

    The percentage is 15 % and scores a 90 in a class we can write

    15x/100 + 75.40 = 90

    0.15x = 90-75.40
