    A.

    P=2 (L+W)

    W=29

    P is at least (means greater than or equal than) 134

    so

    134≤2 (L+29) is the inequality

    B.

    solve

    divide both sides by 2

    67≤L+29

    minus 29 from both sides

    38≤L

    Length is any value greater than or euqal to 38ft
