Looking at the two dot plots, I can see that the payrolls of most teams in both leagues are between $40 million and $140 million. However, it's hard to see whether one league has an advantage over the other in terms of salaries. The American League has both the highest and the lowest salaries, but it's pretty hard to see whether either league has an overall advantage over the other.

Looking at the data, I can predict some of the teams likely to make it to the World Series. From the American League, the team with a payroll of $202.7 million (the New York Yankees), has an advantage. In the National League, the team with the highest payroll is the Philadelphia Phillies.
