The numbers are:

(2) x + 2 is the first consecutive even number

(3) x + 2 + 2 is the second consecutive even number

x + x + x + x + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 156

4x + 12 = 156

4x = 156 - 12

4x = 144

x = 144 / 4

x = 36
