The ratio of the length of two corresponding sides of two rectangles is 8:3 the area larger rectangle is 320ft whats area of smaller rectangle

    So think proportions. 8/3=320/x. so multiply 3*320 which you get 960. then you multiply 8 and x. so you have 8x=960. solve for x now. 960/8=120 so x=120
