Is |4x+2|+6=0 no solution, all real numbers, 0, and 2

    |4x + 2| + 6 = 0

    Subtract 6 from each side: |4x + 2| = - 6

    But the absolute value of a number is always positive.

    No value of 'x' can ever make |4x + 2| negative.

    So the equation has no solution.
