10 = radius * 3.14 * (A / 180)
10 = 15 * 3.14 * (A / 180) multiply both sides by 180
1800 = 15 * 3.14 * A divide both sides by 15 * 3.14
1800 / [ 15 * 3.14 ] = A ≈ 38.22°
