Tori had $20to buy a birthday present for her dad. She decided to buy a DVD for $18. The sales tax is 7%. Does she have enough money, explain your reasoning.

    7% of 18 = 0.07*18 = 1.26

    Add this to $18 to get

    18+1.26 = 19.26

    So Tori will have enough money. She will have 20 - 19.26 = 0.74 dollars (74 cents) left over
