Solve: x^3 - (3x) ^2 + x - 3 < 0

I know the answer is x < 3, but I don't know how to solve.

    x^3 - 3 (x) ^2 + x - 3 < 0

    х ² (х-3) + (х-3) <0

    (x-3) (x²+1) <0

    x²+1 always more than zero

    therefore (x-3) (x²+1) <0 when x-3<0, x<3
