You know there are 4 suits. You know there are 52 cards. That means that any suit has a 13/52 chance of being that suit. If you know cards, there are always 4 queens. So there is a 4/52 chance that the card is a queen, that means 1/13 reduced. If they are asking for both, you have a 17/52 chance of getting either of those cards on each turn.
