One leg of a right triangle piece of land that has a length of 24 yards. The hypotenuse has the length of 74 yards. The other leg has a length of 10x yards. What is the value of x?

    The value if x is 7.

    I used the Pythagorean formula, which is a² + b² = c².

    If 10x = 70 yards, then 70 : 10 = 7. so, x is 7
