    Part A:

Tara is incorrect because she has softball practice 4 days in a week and each practice is at least 1 hour. Therefore, she practices at least 4 hours a week.

    Part B:

    4 days with 1 1/3 hour per day, a total of 5 1/3 hours a week.

    1 1/3 convert to fraction : (3*1 + 1) / 3 = 4/3

    4 * 4/3 = 16/3

    16/3 = 5 1/3
