You buy a total of 24 flowers that were a combination of lilies and sunflowers. The sunflowers cost $3 each and the lilies cost $1.25 each. You spend a total of $58. How many of EACH flower did you buy?

    Sunflowers: 11.

    Lilies: 20.

    11 x 3 = 33.

    20 x 1.25 = 25.

    33 + 25 = 58.
