The equation ... is not quadratic.

1 - x (x+3) = x

2 - x^2=3x

3 - x (x^2+3) = 0

    The 3rd option is the only one that's not quadratic because if you were to simplify it, you would get x^3.

    A quadratic equation has to look like

    ax^2 + bx + c
