What is the slope of a line perpendicular to the line whose equations is x-y=-3?

    i think it is - x or - 1

    Step-by-step explanation:

    x-y=-3

    add x to the other side to get

    -y=-x-3

    divide every thing by - 1

    y=x+3

    then the perpendicular is the opposite so its - 1
