25 represents the whole no. Or 100% right?

25 can be easily divided by 5

    25/5 = 5

So the whole no. Is divided in 5 equal parts so its 5 parts out of 5 or 5/5.

If yvonne used 20 cups dividing by 5 we have as a result no. 4.

That means that from the whole 5/5 she used 4 parts (each 5cups) ... and that is 4/5 (simply said she used 4 parts out of total 5). As info that means 80% of the total cups were used.

So 5/5 is the fraction for the 25 cups

And 4/5 is the fraction of the ised 20 cups.
