for every 4 lost games, games won = 9

for every 1 lost game, games won = 9/4

    for every 28 games lost, games won = 9/4 * 28

    = 252/4

    =63 games

what we did is that we first divided 9 by 4 to find the number of games won for every 1 game lost

Now once we get number of games won for every 1 game lost

we can simply multiply it by 28 to get the number of games won, for 28 lost games.

    So answer is 63 games
