Find the volume of the cylinder if the diameter is 6 inches and the height is three times the radius. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth.

The equation for volume is V = pi*r^2*h

I got 169.73

    Diameter is 6 so radius is 3, and the height is 3 times the radius = 9.

    Volume is pi (3.14) * 3^2 * 9 = 254.34
