This is going to be a quadratic curve. We can say that as it has x intercepts at (-1,0) and (-5,0) it can be expressed as:

y = A (x+1) (x+5) where A is some number.

Now when we substitute x = 0 in we get that:

y = 5A therefore as it intercepts at (0,-30) A = - 6.

y = - 6 (x+1) (x+5) = - 6x²-36x-30
