    10 large boxes and 5 small boxes

    Step-by-step explanation:

    small box = 200n

    large box = 500n

    2 (500n) + 200n = 6000

    1000n + 200n = 6000

    1200n = 6000

    n = 5

    5 (200) = 1000

    6000-1000 = 5000

    5000 : 500 = 10

    Since the contractor bought twice as many large boxes as small boxes, we can see 10 is twice as many as 5.
