What is 0.21 with the one repeating as a fraction?

    The 0.2 part is 2/10 or 1/5.

    The 0.0111 ... part is 1/90.

    When you put them together, you have (1/5) + (1/90) =

    (18/90) + (1/90) = 19/90.

    Divide that fraction with your calculator and you'll see it.
