Which equation is the equation of a line that passes through (-10,3) and is perpendicular to y=5x-7?

1 - y=5x+53

2 - y=-1/5x - 7

3 - y = - 1/5x + 1

4 - y = 1/5x + 5

    m=-1/5

    Plug in (-10,3) to a regular formula y=mx+b

    3 = (-1/5) * - 10+b

    3=2+b

    -2-2
