The division property of equality could be used to solve which of the following equations: 5x=30 x+3=7 (x+2) (x-2) = 0 x/4=16

    5x=30

    And

    x/4=16

    The rule states that you must divide each side by a non zero number.

    So for 5x=30, divide both sides by 5 to get x=6

    For x/4=16, divide both sides by 0.25 to get x=64

    PS if your homework only requires one answer then choose 5x=30
