A triangle has vertices x (1,1) y (4,1) and z (4,5). What is the length of side XZ?

    length is calculated by √ (x¹-x²) ^2 + (y¹-y²) ^2

    length of XZ = √ (4-1) ^2 + (5-1) ^2 = √9+16 √25 = 5 or - 5 (reject - 5 as length>0)
