A sports team is building a new stadium on a rectangular lot of land. If the lot measures 8x by 8x and the sports field will be 3x by 2x, how much of the lot will be left over to build bleachers on?

    Total Area: 8x*8x = 64x²

    Are of Field: 3x*2x = 6x²

    Total Area - Area of Field = Area of Bleachers.

    64x² - 6x² = 58x² = Area of Bleachers
