I am going to build one table for each equation and so you can choose which one is representative of your tables.

    x y = (1/2) x + 24 y = (4/3) x - 36 y = 2x - 48 y = 6x + 12

    -6 - 6/2 + 24 = 21 4 (-6) / 3 - 36 = - 44 2 (-6) - 48=-36 6 (-6) + 12=-24

    0 0 + 24 = 24 0 - 36 = - 36 0 - 48 = - 48 0 + 12 = 12

    6 6/2 + 24 = 27 4 (6) / 3 - 36 = - 28 2 (6) - 48=-36 6 (6) + 12=48

    12 12/2+24=30 4 (12) / 3-36=-20 2 (12) - 48=-24 6 (12) + 12=84

So, you know how to build each table, just replace x with a number to obtain the corresponding value of y.
