David and Paula are planning to split a pizza that is 1/3 pepperoni, 1/3 sausage and 1/3 mushroom using the divider-chooser method. David likes pepperoni and sausage equally well and likes sausage twice as much as mushroom. Paula likes pepperoni and mushroom equally well but she hates sausage. Suppose that David is the divider and Paula is the chooser.

a) How would David divide the pizza?

b) Which half would Paula choose?

c) What is the value, as a percent, of Paula's half of the pizza to her?

    Paula would choose the side with all of the mushrooms and half of the pepperoni. She wont choose any sausage because she doesn't like it, but luckily David likes sausage twice as much as mushroom so he's fine with getting all of the sausage and half of the pepperoni. They both equally like pepperoni so it makes sense for them to share.
