Michael gets on his skateboard and goes down a hill, accelerating. His speed changes from 0 m/s to 3.3 m/s in 15 seconds. Calculate Michael's rate of acceleration

    Acceleration = change in velocity / time

    a: acceleration

    Vf: final velocity

    Vi: initial velocity

    t: time

    a = (Vf - Vi) / t

    a = (3.3 - 0) / 15

    a = 0.22 m/s^2
