    D/2=r

    d=16

    d/2=16/2=8

    height is 1.5 times radius=1.5 times 8=12

    v = (1/3) hpir^2

    v = (1/3) 12pi8^2

    v=4pi64

    v=256pi

    about 803.84 cubic meters
