John is 1.7 meters tall and Ken is 1.5 meters tall. What is the difference in their heights, expressed in centimeters?

    All you would have to do is take the difference between 1.7 and 1.5, by subtracting 1.5 from 1.7, which is 0.2 m.

    0.2 m = 0.2 • 100 = 20 cm.

    The difference in heights expressed in Cm would be 20 cm.
