16 (2) power of 3 + 3 divided by 3
Now we do exponents, which means powers.
16 (8) + 3 divided by 3
Now we have to know if you have something like this (6) 8, it means 6x8. So
16x8 + 1
16x8 is 128 * 1 is 129
