    Equation of circle is:

    (x - p) ² + (y - q) ² = r²,

where : p and q are coordinates of the center of the circle.

    In this case: p = - 3, q = - 5 and r = 6:

    (x - ( - 3)) ² + (y - ( - 5)) ² = 6²

    (x + 3) ² + (y + 5) ² = 6²

    Answer:

    D) (x + 3) ² + (y + 5) ² = 36
