    When rounding with decimals, you tend to round down before. 5 and up after. 5.

    Ex.

    7.1 through 7.4 would round down to 7.

    7.5 through 7.9 would round up to 8.

    There is only one number that works here.

    A. 7.3782

    Because if you look at the 7 that is before the decimals and then, look at the 3 after it. Since, 3 is less than 5, you have to round down. That means that the whole number would be 7.
