    110 : 125 is the same thing as 110/125.

Divide 5 to the numerator and denominator to simplify:

    110 / 5 = 22

    125 / 5 = 25

    So we have 22/25.

To write it as a decimal, just divide 22 / 25, which gives us 0.88.

To write as a percent, multiply 100 to the decimal.

    0.88 * 100 = 88%
