Expand and simplify 2 (3x-5) + 3 (2x+3)

    First you do 2 x 3x which will be 6x you then look to see whether there is a plus or minus next we see that it is a minus after this you do 2 x 5 which is 10 so the first bit is 6x - 10 we then look to see whether we have a plus or a minis we look to see that it is a plus you then work out the next bracket so you do 3 x 2x to give us 6x we see that we need to add a plus then do 3 x 3 which is 9 together it is 6x - 10 + 6x + 9 so now we have to simplify it so you do 6x + 6x which is 12x then do - 10 + 9 which is - 1 so the answer is 12x - 1
