    The coach will pay $362.50

Explanation: $30 divided by 12 is $2.50 so $2.50 for the each can of tennis balls. $45 divided by 2 is $22.50 for each box of golf balls. Since the coach wants to buy 100 cans of tennis balls you multiply $2.50 by 100 since each can is $2.50 and you get $250. He also wants 5 boxes of tennis balls you multiply $22.50 by 5 and get $112.50, you then add $250 plus $112.50 and get $362.5
