A checkers board is 8 squares long and 8 squares wide. The area of each square is 14 square centimeters. Estimate the perimeter of the checkers board to the nearest tenth of a centimeter

    119.73 first find the square root of 14 wich is 3.74 then you times that by 8 because there are 8 squares which is 29.93 then times that by 4 because there are 4 sides then you get 119.73
