    V = (h) (pi) (r^2)

    say pi=3.14

    h=15

    d/2=r=4/2=2

    so

    v = (15) (3.14) (2) ^2

    v = (15) (3.14) (4)

    v = (60) (3.14)

    v=188.4

    so answer is D
