    1 km = 1000m ... and 1 hr = 3600 seconds

    if 1 km = 1000 meters, then 189 km = (189 * 1000) = 189,000 meters

    189,000 / 3600 = 52.5 meters per second <===

    during 20 seconds of free fall ... 52.5 * 20 = 1050 meters <==
