    A) 2x + 3y = 5-3 + 5y = 16

    -5y - 5y

    = 2x + - 2y = 5-3 = 16

    +3 + 3

    = 2x + - 2y = 8 = 16

    -16 - 16

    = 3x + - 2y = - 8
