    1st week: 2b + 3

    2nd week: 2 (2b + 3) = 4b + 6

    3rd week: 2 (4b + 6) = 8b + 12

    If 8b + 12 is $477, $477 - 12 must be 8b. $477 - 12 = $465 / 8 = $58.125 /.13

    2b + 3 = 2 x 58.13 + 3 = $116.26 + 3 =

    $119.26 is your answer
