    F = 3m - 4

    f - m = 28

    3m - 4 - m = 28

    2m = 28 + 4

    2m = 32

    m = 32/2

    m = 16 ... mcdouble has 16 grams

    f - m = 28

    f - 16 = 28

    f = 28 + 16

    f = 44 ... fries have 44 grams

    so a large fry (f) and a mcdouble (m) have a fat content of (44 + 16) = 60 grams
