Jessica is 4 years younger than Jennifer now. In 10 years, Jessica will be twice the age that Jennifer is now. Find the present ages of Jennifer and Jessica

    So we don't know both of their age but we do know that Jessica is 4 year younger so let make x stand for Jennifer age and n is for jessica so our equation needs to be n + 10 = 8 + 2n subtract n from both sides so now we have 10 = 8 + n then subtract 8 from both sides so now we have 10 - 8 = n so jessica is 2 but now we need to find Jennifer age by adding 4 to 2 = 6

    jessica is 2 and Jennifer is 6
