Each comic book is $3.50. The reason behind that is since the total is $21.00 and Ruben bought 6 comic books, you would have to divide that amount Ruben paid by the amount of objects he bought which in this case is 6 comic books and so 21/6 does equal to $3.50

    Each would be $3.50 because $21 divided by 6 = $3.50
