A pair of inline skates, regularly priced at $180, is now on sale at a 30% discount. What is the sale price of the skates?

    180 x (1-30%)

    =180 x 0.7

    =$126

    So you divide it by 10 to get $18 (10%)

    Then you do 18*3 = 54 (This is 30%)

    Then you minus this from $180: 180-54 = $126
