    The company has 75-60=15 employees who do not have phones, that makes 15/75=0.2=20% who don't have a phone.

    A=the ones who have phones

    b=the employees who don't

    a+b=75

    60+b=75

    b=75-60

    b=15

    15·100/75=

    0,2·100=20

    Answer:20%
